2021.09. EUROPEAN FILM FESTIVAL IN ACCRA
The first European Film Festival in the post-Covid era was held in Accra between 11-18 September 2021 in partnership with the Delegation of the European Union in Ghana, eight European Embassies and Cultural Institutions, including the Embassy of Hungary.

2021.09. EU BEACH CLEAP UP ACTION IN ACCRA
The EU Delegation in Ghana, in cooperation with the Ghanaian NGO Plastic Punch, organized #EUbeachCleanup 2021 on 25 September during Climate Protection Week. 1528 kg of waste was collected by volunteers, including members of the Hungarian Embassy in Accra.

2021.10. MEMORIAL OF OCTOBER 23
Hungarians in Ghana commemorated the Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1956 at the Embassy of Hungary in Accra.

2021.10. AGROFEED LTD. VISIT GHANA
Between October 26 and November 3, 2021 Trade Director of the Hungarian Agrofeed Ltd. Mr. Ákos Mezőlaki participated in the Circular Economy Conference organized by the European Union Delegation in Ghana. He also visited farms and held talks with farmers and entrepreneurs.

2021.11 DEPUTY SPEAKER HON.ISTVÁN JAKAB VISIT
Hon. István Jakab, Deputy Speaker of the Hungarian Parliament and President of the Africa Knowledge Center visited Ghana between 20-26 November 2021, with the aim of strengthening parliamentary, agricultural and food relations between the two countries.

2021.12 PRESENTATION OF CREDENTIALS IN SIERRA
The Hungarian Ambassador presented his credentials to the President of Sierra Leone, H.E. Julius Maada Bio on 7 December, 2021.

2021.09. PRESENTATION OF CREDENTIALS IN GHANA
On 8 September 2021, H.E. Tamás Fehér, presented his credentials to the President of Ghana, H.E. Nana Akufo-Addo.

2021.10 TEQBALL DONATIONS IN GHANA
For the past few years the FITEQ International Teqball Federation donated Teqball tables to several sports clubs, schools, churches and the Ghana Armed Forces. on October 27 a Teqball table was handed over to the Airforce Base in Accra with the participation of the Hungarian Ambassador.

2022.01. PRESIDENT H.E JÁNOS ÁDER VISIT
On 13-16 January 2022, the President of the Republic of Hungary H.E. János Áder paid an official visit to Ghana to boost diplomatic, political and economic relations between the two countries.

2022.02. BÁBOLNA TETRA VISIT IN GHANA
In February 2022, Trade Director of the Hungarian Bábolna Tetra Ltd. Ms. Nikoletta Fejk participated in a business forum at the Embassy of Hungary. She also visited local farms and held talks with farmers and entrepreneurs.

2022.03. SIGNING OF PURECO-JOSPONG CONTRACT
On March 9, 2022 Pureco Ltd. and Zoomlion Ghana Ltd. signed a contract to commence the construction of the next wastewater treatment plant in Tema.

2021.11 VACCINE DONATION TO GHANA
The Hungarian government donated 800,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine to Ghana in November 2021 and an additional 400,000 doses in January 2022. This is the largest donation that Hungary has ever made.
