An applicant has the right to appeal a refused visa application as follows:
Schengen visa (Type ’C’) and Residence Permit (Type ’D’) appeals must be submitted within the first 8 calendar days of receiving your refusal letter with an appeal letter signed by the applicant and any other supporting documents to address the reason(s) for refusal.
Submitting an appeal does not require an appointment. Applicants can visit the Consular Section of the Embassy of Hungary in Accra on any working day between 9a.m. and 12 noon with the documents for appeal.
The appeal fee is the prevailing USD equivalent of 160EUR, payable ONLY by bank card.
